Aniball INCO is designed for the prevention and treatment of incontinence.
Aniball INCO is a medical device for practising conscious relaxation and pelvic floor muscles activation in an adult woman. The balloon helps to visualise the pelvic floor and it teaches you how to work with your pelvic diaphragm effectively with the help of the breath.
Who is the balloon suitable for? For active women who want to know their body better to reduce the symptoms of incontinence.
Aniball team is composed of women, doctors, physiotherapists, midwives and other professionals with extensive experience. Women’s health is a life mission for us. The creation of Aniball INCO was inspired by women and their natural need to address incontinence, which often troubles them.
Aniball INCO is not a miracle in itself. Its effect will start to work only in full cooperation with your body. Therefore, always unwind before and after exercise. Relax! The final relaxation exercises with the balloon can be found in the instruction manual.
Thanks to its variable shape and size, the Aniball INCO Balloon inserted into the vagina optimally adapts to the individual anatomy of every woman. This is the main advantage.
It provides important feedback on how well the exercise is carried out. There is a slight movement of the balloon inside the vagina caused by activating and relaxing of the pelvic floor muscles, see the instruction manual for more information.
Read the user instructions and information about the safe use of the medical device carefully.

The balloon inserted into the vagina is conveniently inflated with air to the desired comfortable size using a hand pump. When you achieve the optimal feeling without unpleasant pressures or pain and feel the light resistance of the balloon, you can start exercising.
During the training, you will go through 2 types of exercise: Lengthening the time of the squeeze - increasing the strength and endurance of the pelvic floor muscles. Practise to withstand increased pressure - the goal is to handle moments of excessive abdominal pressure.
The breath in combination with the balloon represents two main elements that help you discover your pelvic floor. With proper breathing, you will learn to activate and relax the pelvic floor muscles.
Medical device Aniball INCO and the exercise method, created by women for women, rely on three natural properties of the human body. The goal is to restore the correct function of the pelvic floor so the ability of continence
returns.
It is extremely important to realise which parts of the pelvis should take part and understand how to consciously activate and relax these muscles with the help of
the breath. The pelvic floor and its muscles work in collaboration with the breath.
Thanks to the latest scientific knowledge and physiotherapists' recommendations we know that a pelvic floor should ideally have harmonised or optimised tension. Let's bring attention to both - activation (strengthening of sagging parts) and also relaxation (loosening) of the pelvic floor.
We know many methods and instructions for pelvic floor training, but the common problem beginners experience is finding the pelvic floor and understanding how it works.
Incontinence does not only affect older women but can affect any woman at any age, sometimes only temporarily.
Are you familiar with the situation? For example, when jumping or doing your favourite sport, you can leak... you either laugh at it or try to hide it, but we mostly ignore it.
Let's talk openly about incontinence, there is no reason to be ashamed.
More reasons why we should not ignore incontinence can be found on our women's health education pages.
