SHIPPING POLICY
We promise to do our absolute best to provide the best possible service to you. Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase or these terms.
1. DELIVERY
We only deliver products to addresses within Ireland. Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Czech Republic, therefore there are no customs fees, duties or taxes.
2. TRACKING
Shipments are usually dispatched using PPL (An post)or Packeta (Fastway, FedEx). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number.
3. DELAYS
In the unlikely event there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
4. DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, RR Medical s.r.o. is responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
5. OTHER

Larger orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
