We understand that surgery might seem like the fastest solution. However, regular training with Aniball INCO can be a much gentler and more effective long-term approach. Pelvic floor training can be done comfortably at home, whenever it suits you. With regular use, the symptoms of stress incontinence can significantly improve – or even disappear. Moreover, even after surgery, pelvic floor exercises are often an essential part of recovery. Surgery is a more invasive procedure, carries health risks, and isn’t always 100% effective.
Be kind to yourself and give your body gentle, effective care.
Yes, as long as you follow the instructions and handle the device hygienically and gently. The balloon material is medically safe and suitable for internal use. It is important not to overinflate the balloon and always deflate it before removal. If you have any health issues or are unsure whether this kind of training is suitable for you, consult your doctor.
Thorough sterilization is important before first use. After each session, simply rinse the balloon with warm water and a suitable intimate wash. Sterilization is recommended from time to time – for example, by boiling or using appropriate disinfectant from our e-shop. Removing the balloon from the reducer can be a bit tricky at first, but you'll soon find your own way. With proper care, you ensure hygiene and extend the device's lifespan.
Yes, but only water-based lubricant. It’s gentle on the material and helps with smooth insertion. Avoid oil-based lubricants or unsuitable products – they can damage the silicone. Such damage is not recognized as a product defect. Detailed information is provided in the manual or at www.aniball.eu
Ideally every day for at least 5 minutes. A small but consistent effort can make a big difference. First results typically appear after 2–3 months of regular training. Every body is different – be patient and go at your own pace.
Always make sure the balloon is deflated before removal – never push it out from the vagina!
1. Use the valve to release the air until the balloon is at its smallest size.
2. Take a deep breath and relax your pelvic floor muscles.
3. Gently grasp the plastic neck and slowly pull out the balloon, or allow it to slide out on its own.
The entire process should be comfortable and gentle, without pressure or force.
Yes. Aniball INCO is designed to support women during different life stages – after childbirth, during menopause, or when experiencing general pelvic floor weakening. These are times when the muscles are often strained or weakened, and regular training can bring noticeable improvement.
When used correctly, you should feel gentle movement of the balloon as you breathe – a slight outward slide when relaxing and a gentle inward shift when activating the muscles. You should not feel pain, or pressure in other areas, and you shouldn’t be clenching other muscles (e.g., in your abdomen or buttocks).
Tip: Focus on your breathing – if you breathe freely and naturally, your muscles will respond softly, which means you're on the right track.
Breathing plays a key role in pelvic floor care – it's like a gentle bridge between body and mind.
Try breathing "deeply" – as if your breath travels from your chest down into your abdomen and pelvis. With each inhale, imagine your pelvic floor relaxing. With each exhale, gently activate it.
Never hold your breath while exercising – smooth, natural breathing helps engage the pelvic floor properly. Holding your breath causes tension in the pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor doesn’t work alone – it's part of the deep core stabilization system, along with the diaphragm, abdominal, and back muscles. When these work in harmony, your body gains support from within.
We recommend watching the instructional video to better understand the correct technique.
Absolutely. Many physiotherapists specializing in female pelvic health recommend Aniball INCO as part of home training. If you’re undergoing physiotherapy, you can bring the device with you and discuss how to best use it for your specific needs.
With proper hygiene and care, the device can last a long time – usually several months to years, depending on frequency of use. We recommend regularly checking the condition of the balloon as per the manual – if you notice changes in color, surface texture, or firmness, it may be time to replace it.
Use depends on the degree and type of prolapse. In some cases, exercising with Aniball INCO may offer relief and improvement, but a consultation with a gynecologist or physiotherapist is necessary. If you have a prolapse, we strongly recommend professional evaluation first.
If you don’t feel your muscles working or there’s no noticeable improvement even after extended use, consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Sometimes it’s just a matter of adjusting the technique or starting more gently. Every body is different – patience and proper technique are key.
No. For hygiene and health reasons, the device is intended for personal use only. Sharing is not recommended, even if the device has been sterilized.
Using Aniball INCO during your period is not recommended, mainly for hygiene reasons and due to increased sensitivity of the mucous membranes. Take a break during this time and resume training after your period ends.
Exercise should never hurt. If you feel discomfort, pause, check the insertion, inflation level, and focus on deep breathing. Start gently – with less inflation and shorter sessions. If the pain persists, consult an experienced physiotherapist or gynecologist.
You can start anytime – as soon as you decide to care for your body more intentionally. Most women begin after childbirth or at the first signs of incontinence. The sooner you start, the better your chances of preventing further problems.
Yes – every body reacts differently. Regular training brings gradual results. The most important thing is to stay consistent and be kind to yourself. Even small progress is a step in the right direction.
