Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to make a claim, please follow the instructions below.

Withdrawal from the contract (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

• Please inform us by email at hello@myaniball.com, or by post to:
  RR Medical s.r.o., Vintrovna 3e, 664 41 Popůvky, Czech Republic
• You must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.
  
• Please send the product back to our address, not cash on delivery, in its original and intact packaging.
  
• The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
  

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important – hygienic products

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, products delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned once unsealed.

This applies in particular to products such as Aniball, Aniball INCO and Anigel.

Claims (Defective goods)

If you receive a defective product, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

To submit a claim:

• Contact us at hello@myaniball.com, describe the issue and attach photos if possible
  
• If necessary, we may ask you to send the product to:

Complaints will be handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from receipt of the claimed goods.
