1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchase contracts concluded remotely through the online store https://aniball.eu (the "Store"), operated by RR Medical s.r.o. (the "Seller").
These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Store.
By placing an order through the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Your purchase is governed by these Terms and Conditions, your confirmed order and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy before placing an order.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By placing an order through the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All product information, descriptions, photographs and prices published in the Store are provided in good faith. While we make every effort to ensure their accuracy, obvious errors or omissions may occasionally occur and do not create a binding obligation on us.
All prices displayed in the Store include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and correspond as closely as possible to the products offered.
Instructions for Use for our medical devices are available electronically on the relevant product pages before the purchase is completed. Where required by applicable legislation, printed Instructions for Use are supplied with the product.
Any matters not expressly governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
4. ORDERING PROCESS
You may place an order through the Store at any time by selecting the products you wish to purchase and completing the checkout process.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any information you have entered, including the selected products, delivery details and payment information.
If you have a valid discount code, it must be entered during checkout before your order is submitted. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
By clicking the "Order with Payment Obligation" button, you submit a binding order.
After your order has been received, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept and confirm your order.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and, where applicable, issue a full refund.
5. DELIVERY
After your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
Orders for products that are in stock are usually dispatched within two (2) business days.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or the expected dispatch time is longer, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution where appropriate.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us without undue delay at hello@myaniball.com.
6. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
Orders are shipped using our trusted delivery partners. Available shipping methods, delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information.
We accept secure online payments through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed during checkout.
All payments are processed securely by our payment service providers. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
If your order consists of multiple deliveries, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hello@myaniball.com or by post using the Seller's contact details provided in these Terms and Conditions.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
A withdrawal form is available on our website and may be used to exercise your right of withdrawal, although its use is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
Returned goods should be complete, undamaged and returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible.
If the returned goods are incomplete, damaged or show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, we may reduce the refunded amount accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.
Hygiene Exception
In accordance with Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
This exception applies to Aniball and Aniball INCO. As these medical devices are intended for intimate use, they cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@myaniball.com. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
8. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
We are responsible for ensuring that the products you receive conform to the purchase contract and are free from defects upon delivery.
If you believe that a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@myaniball.com and provide a description of the issue together with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the defect.
We will assess your complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving it, unless we agree with you on a longer period.
Depending on the nature of the defect and the applicable legislation, you may be entitled to:

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions apply primarily to consumers within the meaning of the applicable consumer protection legislation.
We are not bound by any codes of conduct in relation to consumers.
If a dispute between you and us cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, consumers may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI), as the seller is established in the Czech Republic and in accordance with the applicable legislation.

If you believe that the use of a medical device has resulted in a serious incident or a potential risk to health or safety, we recommend that you notify us without undue delay at hello@myaniball.com. Any such notification will be assessed and handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR).
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every purchase contract concluded through the Store.
The purchase contract is concluded in the English language, stored electronically by the Seller and is not publicly accessible.
Any rights and obligations not expressly governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising from the purchase contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated version has been published on the Store.
These Terms and Conditions become effective on 10 July 2026.
