1. Delivery
We currently deliver to selected countries within the European Union. Available delivery destinations are displayed during checkout and may change over time.
All orders are shipped from our central EU warehouse in the Czech Republic. Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
Current shipping fee is EUR 8.
Orders are dispatched by PPL. International deliveries are completed in cooperation with DHL.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information.
3. Delivery Delays
While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@myaniball.com.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
