We only deliver products to addresses within Ireland. Orders are shipped from our central EU warehouse, therefore there are no customs fees, duties or taxes.
Shipments are usually dispatched using PPL (An post) or Packeta (Fastway, FedEx). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number.
In the unlikely event there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, RR Medical s.r.o. is responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
