Returns
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Please ensure that returned goods are properly packaged, as they remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Important – Hygiene Exception
For health protection and hygiene reasons, products supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
This applies to Aniball and Aniball INCO, which are medical devices intended for intimate use.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund without undue delay using the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it at any time by contacting hello@myaniball.com. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
