Welcome to our Aniball community. My name is Renata Zichová and I am the creator of Aniball and Aniball INCO medical device and the founder of RR Medical, which has been bringing both medical devices to women all over the world for 10 years. Fourteen years ago, I gave birth to a girl, naturally, without medication or episiotomy.
The last month of pregnancy I practiced with a balloon, which brought me not only physical preparation but mainly mental support. I was calm before the birth. I was not afraid and it made a major difference to the whole process.
At the maternity ward, the staff came to check in with me and asked if and how I prepared because as a first-time mother, I knew what to do. :)
During the second birth of my son 5 years later, I was already preparing with Aniball and despite Ondra giving me a hard time, weighing a whopping 9 pounds, I managed to give birth without medication and injury again.
The balloon and the method excited me. Before the first birth, I did not think about my pelvic floor at all. I must admit, I did not realise how connected everything is. The purpose of the exercise and working with the breath was a discovery that brought a whole new purpose to my life. When I was thinking about the balloon right after the birth, I had a clear vision - I want to convey this experience to as many women as possiblebecause such a simple thing can help you to get to know my body better, relax the pelvic floor, take away the fear and consciously prepare for childbirth.
The female body is naturally built for childbirth, “It can do it”. It is essential to trust those who will support you during your childbirth, and most importantly, believe in yourself and your abilities.
