What Aniball Really Teaches

What Aniball Really Teaches

Aniball helps women become familiar with the pressure caused by the baby in the birth canal, practice breathing and relaxation, and explore positions that feel natural for their bodies during childbirth.

Why Does This Matter?

Why Does This Matter?

When women experience this before childbirth, the sensations during labor often feel more familiar. They learn to respond more calmly, trust their bodies, and work with breathing and relaxation naturally and spontaneously.

Common Myths About Aniball

Our grandmothers gave birth without devices, so why should women prepare today?

Why Do Women Prepare for Childbirth Today?

Every generation of women experiences childbirth differently.

Today, many women live under different physical and lifestyle conditions than previous generations - including higher stress levels, less natural movement, sedentary work, or previous medical interventions.

Birth preparation is not about replacing intuition or the natural process of childbirth.

It helps women better understand their bodies, breathing, relaxation, and pelvic floor awareness before labor.

IS EXERCISING WITH ANIBALL NATURAL?

Preparation and body awareness are natural.

Childbirth is instinctive - but that does not mean women should enter it completely unfamiliar with what they may feel physically and emotionally.

Many women seek ways to feel calmer, safer, and more confident before labor. Preparing for childbirth does not replace intuition. It can help women trust themselves more deeply during one of the most intense experiences of their lives.

ANIBALL IS A MEDICAL DEVICE THAT STRETCHES THE BIRTH CANAL AND PERINEUM.

This is one of the most common misconceptions about Aniball.

The purpose of Aniball is not to stretch the vagina, the birth canal, or the perineum.

The goal of the training is to learn how to consciously relax the pelvic floor and work with breathing during childbirth, instead of forceful pushing, which may contribute to unnecessary tension and injury.

When the birth canal remains tense and unable to relax naturally, childbirth may become more difficult for both the mother and the baby.

DURING TRAINING, ANIBALL SHOULD BE INFLATED TO THE SIZE OF A NEWBORN’S HEAD.

The goal of the exercise is not to reach the largest possible balloon size.

Aniball is inflatable so it can adapt to each woman’s anatomy and comfort level.

Size and performance are not important. The most important thing is to listen to your body. Inflate Aniball only to the point of mild tension - never pain.

Focus on gradual pelvic floor relaxation and breathing. Do not force the balloon outward or overinflate it.

ANIBALL OVERSTRETCHES THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES, WEAKENING THEM.

Aniball is not designed to overstretch the pelvic floor muscles.

The goal of the training is not muscle expansion or excessive stretching. Aniball should always be used gently, according to the instructions, and with respect for your body’s comfort.

Childbirth itself is a unique physiological process supported by hormones, relaxation, and contractions. Aniball preparation is intended to help women work with breathing, relaxation, and body awareness before labor - not to forcefully stretch the birth canal.

ANIBALL CAUSES INCONTINENCE.

Stress urinary incontinence after childbirth is a common issue influenced by many factors.

Pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, pelvic floor injuries, and overall pelvic floor condition can all play a role.

Aniball is not intended to weaken the pelvic floor muscles. On the contrary, the training includes both conscious relaxation and activation of the pelvic floor.

Pelvic floor care after childbirth is important, especially if symptoms of stress urinary incontinence persist.

ANIBALL IS NOT PROVEN, DATA IS MISSING.

Aniball has been part of clinical and perinatological research focused on pelvic floor training and childbirth preparation.

Research and clinical experience have explored the relationship between pelvic floor relaxation, vaginal balloon training, and childbirth outcomes.

Aniball is also widely used and discussed within gynecological, obstetric, physiotherapeutic, and pelvic floor care communities.

Childbirth outcomes are influenced by many individual factors, and no preparation method can guarantee a specific result. However, growing clinical interest in pelvic floor preparation reflects the importance of conscious work with the body before labor.

EVERY MUM-TO-BE SHOULD PREPARE WITH ANIBALL BECAUSE IT GUARANTEES A TROUBLE-FREE BIRTH.

Aniball is not a miracle solution that guarantees childbirth without complications or medical interventions.

Childbirth is influenced by many individual factors, including the baby’s position, previous births, the mother’s health condition, and the overall course of labor.

Aniball is designed as a tool for conscious birth preparation - helping women work with breathing, relaxation, pelvic floor awareness, and body confidence before childbirth.

No preparation method can guarantee a specific birth outcome. However, many women seek preparation to feel calmer, more informed, and more connected to their bodies before labor.

BREATHING DURING ANIBALL TRAINING IS THE OPPOSITE OF BREATHING DURING CHILDBIRTH.

The principle of breathing remains the same.

During calm inhalation, the diaphragm and pelvic floor naturally relax and descend together. During exhalation, they gently return upward.

During Aniball training, women gradually learn to feel this natural connection between breathing, pelvic floor relaxation, and pressure in the birth canal.

When the balloon begins to move outward spontaneously, it usually happens during relaxation and release - not through forceful pushing.

Childbirth itself is supported by contractions and hormonal processes that cannot be fully recreated during training. However, the breathing principle and the ability to consciously relax the pelvic floor remain very important during labor.
