Aniball INCO helps gently restore the function of the pelvic floor and may contribute to relieving symptoms associated with urinary leakage. It teaches you how to not only activate (strengthen) the pelvic floor muscles, but also consciously relax them. One-sided or improperly performed pelvic floor exercises (such as Kegel exercises) may, in some cases, contribute to symptoms of incontinence.

With regular use, you may feel more confident during movement, laughing, coughing, or sports activities.

Main benefits

Never exercise through pain or deliberately induce pain by exercising. Pain is not a sign of proper exercise. The optimal is to feel a pleasurable pull from stretching or muscle activation.

Delivery costs:
Shipping is €8 via PPL.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days (often sooner, depending on the destination country).

Returns:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and remain hygienically sealed (e.g. the Aniball® product box must still be sealed). Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of unsealed products.

The use of the Aniball INCO balloon is limited by the woman’s health. Consult a physician, physiotherapist or midwife to assess the suitability of the exercise and to consider contraindications.

Do not use Aniball INCO in the following cases:

• pregnancy
• any vaginal inflammation (infectious or non-infectious)
• any vaginal bleeding
• presence of condyloma or other infectious pathology in the vagina or vaginal entrance area
• vaginal injury
• any bladder inflammation
• uterine prolapse
• genital herpes
• precancers and tumour pathologies of the cervix, vagina or external genitalia
• during the postnatal puerperium and within the first six weeks following gynaecological interventions and operations (including genital laser treatment)
