Aniball Inco

Aniball INCO is intended for the prevention and treatment of stress urinary INCOntinence.

The ANIBALL INCO is a medical device for training conscious relaxation (relaxation) and activation (contraction) of the pelvic floor muscles of the adult female. The balloon helps to discover the pelvic floor and learn how to work with it effectively in the context of breathing.

Aniball INCO is suitable for active women who want to know their bodies better.

Prevention and treatment with Aniball INCO:

• Used to train proper function (activation/relaxation) of the pelvic floor muscles for the prevention and treatment of stress INCOntinence.
• Thanks to its variable shape and size, it adapts optimally to the individual anatomy of each woman.
• Consistency is important for the effective use of the device. Regular training (i.e. at least 5 min every day) results in relief of the problem within approximately three months.
• The use of the device to exercise the pelvic floor muscles is limited by the woman's state of health. A physiotherapist or physician should be consulted to assess the appropriateness of the exercise and to consider any contraindications.
• When exercising, always follow the instructions in the manual strictly. It is crucial to cooperate with your breathing during exercise; it is essential not to hold your breath! (except for the moment of coughing when practising resistance to increased pressure).
• It is expected to feel pelvic muscle fatigue and is a signal that the exercise is being performed correctly. However, if the fatigue is so great that the muscles can hardly be activated anymore, the exercise should be stopped and not switched.
• Never exercise through pain or deliberately induce pain by exercising. Pain is not a sign of proper exercise. The optimal is to feel a pleasurable pull from stretching or muscle activation.

How to apply the exercise also during the day?

It is a good idea to learn to control the pelvic floor muscles also during the day outside of balloon exercises. For example, before coughing or sneezing, a woman can imagine holding the balloon again and preventing it from slipping out of her vagina. This conscious activation will help regulate urine leakage in a stressful situation.

The pelvic floor must never be "reinforced" by interrupting urination! This poor practice both increases the risk of recurrent urinary tract infection and can disrupt the voiding reflex, which contributes to INCOntinence!

Delivery costs for Ireland:

Orders over €100 have free delivery. For orders over €86, delivery is €4. For orders under €85, it's €8.00 via PPL or €8.50 with Packeta (delivery to the address). Delivery time is 7 business days.

We offer an extended 30-day return period. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and still hygienically sealed (e.g. the Aniball’s product box must be still sealed). Products are unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygienic reasons if unsealed after delivery.

The use of the Aniball INCO balloon is limited by the woman’s health. Consult a physician, physiotherapist, or midwife to assess the suitability of the exercise and to consider contraindications.

Do not use Aniball INCO in the following cases:

• pregnancy
• any vaginal inflammation (infectious or non-infectious)
• any vaginal bleeding
• presence of condyloma or other infectious pathology in the vagina or vaginal entrance area
• vaginal injury
• any bladder inflammation
• uterine prolapse
• genital herpes
• precancers and tumour pathologies of the cervix, vagina or external genitalia
• during the postnatal puerperium and within the first six weeks following gynaecological interventions and operations (including genital laser treatment)
