WHAT DO MOTHERS SAY?

Stories and opinions from mothers around the world help us continuously provide better support for all women seeking a safe and effective solution for their birthing experience.

Jane Neudecker, Mum & Gynaecologist

Childbirth is usually heavily affected by a woman's psychology. Therefore, it is vital for each upcoming mum to be ready and calm. Aniball helps tremendously and teach women how to engage their pelvic muscles and breathe correctly. The pressure during labour is very specific and requires the right combination of muscle engagement and breathing to be effective and safe. This is where Aniball helps a lot. Women are ready, confident, and they know how to breathe and push.

Angileta Willis, Mum & Midwife

I cannot thank you enough! First time mum using Aniball and I had no stitches, had the shortest second stage possible and to top it all off my baby came out direct OP. So really should have needed some stitching or intervention to help her out and thanks to Aniball I needed nothing all! I cannot recommend it highly enough and think every woman should be using Aniball. Thank you so much!

Monikaa Ziman, Mum & Gynaecologist

The exercise with the Aniball balloon and the massaging of the perineum should be part of the preparation for each woman’s natural birth. From my personal experience: as a primipara, I knew which position during childbirth would be most suitable for me, I knew the feeling of when the child’s head was crowning and how to push; and I gave birth naturally without the least injury. My son’s head circumference was 34.5 cm. Aniball is effective and safe.

Veronika, Mum

It relieved my fear of the baby's head passing during childbirth. It truly improved my ability to control my pelvic floor muscles and direct the pressure in the right way.

Hana, Mum

I am thrilled with the experience, especially when it comes to a first birth, when a mother has no idea what to expect. It's at least a small preparation for it and definitely boosts confidence.

Radka, Mum

I would definitely recommend it as preparation for pushing and especially for relaxing the muscles (when they tell you not to push). During this exercise, I used muscles that I normally don’t use, so I knew what to do when the time came. It also certainly boosts confidence, and the muscles get a chance to adapt to a bigger challenge.

Why exercise after childbirth?

Incontinence is one of the dysfunctions of the pelvic floor. It is no longer just a concern for elderly women, but it affects women of all ages.It can arise from various causes: congenital defects, neurological pathologies, infections and cancers of the urinary tract, weakened pelvic floor due to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, long-term physical exertion, obesity, and more. It results from a dysfunctional pelvic floor that is out of balance— it can be either too relaxed or overly tight. This leads to various health issues, such as incontinence.

The pelvic floor’s functionality is crucial at every stage of a woman's life to maintain health and vitality. That's why we should pamper it daily, literally live with our pelvic floor. Another important reason to understand how our pelvic floor functions, in order to effectively manage incontinence, is to debunk the myth that exercises like Kegel exercises are the only solution for incontinence.

Therefore, using the Aniball Incodevice after the postpartum period positively contributes to restoring the proper function of the pelvic floor and preventing stress urinary incontinence.

Aniball Inco is a medical device designed for the prevention and treatmentof stress urinary incontinence.

  • It helps recognize the activation of pelvic floor muscles, provides feedback on the intensity of muscle contractions, and promotes awareness of muscle relaxation with the help of breathing.
  • It does not lead to one-sided muscle strengthening but contributes to restoring the proper function of the pelvic floor by optimizing its tension.
  • Thanks to its variable shape and size, it adapts perfectly to a woman’s individual anatomy.
  • With consistent training (5–15 minutes a day), positive results can be achieved in approximately three months.
