Why exercise after childbirth?
During pregnancy and childbirth, a woman’s body undergoes many changes, often resulting in weakened pelvic floor muscles, poor posture, pain, or even stress incontinence. Fortunately, proper exercise can help restore form within a few weeks. An ideal aid for this is the Aniball INCO balloon, which can be used as soon as the postpartum healing period ends and any birth injuries are healed. Thanks to its adjustable shape and size, it adapts perfectly to the anatomy of each woman.
Women who neglect pelvic floor care after childbirth risk the weakening of previously strong muscles, including those of the pelvic floor. This can lead to stress incontinence. For women suffering from urinary leakage, even simple activities such as sneezing, laughing, or lifting a child can become a nightmare, limiting daily activities and negatively affecting mental well-being and vitality. Exercises after the postpartum period are also suitable for women who have undergone an episiotomy. This procedure involves significant tissue disruption, and early scar care is highly beneficial.
Postpartum exercise
To avoid the mentioned health risks, exercise should be consistent and regular, at least 5 minutes daily. You can start no earlier than six weeks after childbirth and only once all birth-related injuries have healed.
If you are already experiencing incontinence, don't despair. Regular exercise can help eliminate it or at least significantly reduce the symptoms.

Delivery costs for Ireland: Orders over €100 have free delivery. For orders over €86, delivery is €4. For orders under €85, it's €8.00 via PPL or €8.50 with Packeta (delivery to the address). Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
We offer an extended 30-day return period. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and still hygienically sealed (e.g. the Aniball’s product box must be still sealed). Products are unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygienic reasons if unsealed after delivery.
