5 proven tips on how to practice with Aniball, or instructions on how to avoid mistakes

The first few days of training with Aniball can be challenging, and if you put too much pressure on yourself, this is doubly true. To make your start with the balloon as pleasant and as easy as possible, we have summarized 5 proven tips that will help at the beginning, and 5 most common mistakes that women make during exercise.

5 steps that will make your exercise easier

  1. Before each training session, check that the balloon is intact. Find an intimate environment where you feel good, choose a comfortable position and try to gradually relax - for example with the help of relaxing music, a scented candle or a partner.
  2. Focus on taking a deep, calm breath down into your stomach and exhaling smoothly. When you inhale, your body naturally relaxes and the balloon will be easier to insert. You can also use a water-based lubricant.
  3. When you have inserted the balloon into the vagina up to the first round part, start to inflate it slowly. You should feel only slight tension, not pain. On the other hand, the balloon should not slide out freely.
  4. Find your optimum and take about 10 full and deep breaths and exhales. Relax – relax your stomach and sphincters, keep your head in a comfortable position. Try not to think about anything and just watch what the balloon does – with the inhale it moves outwards, with the exhale it returns back.At first, these are only slight movements, but thanks to them you will understand how you can use your breath to relax the pelvic floor and make it easier for the baby to enter the world.
  5. In the second phase of the exercise, try to so-called breathe the balloon into the world – like a baby during childbirth. With a deep breath, move it outwards, with the exhale just hold it in the position reached. Another breath = another push of the balloon out. But be careful, never push.

5 most common mistakes that can slow you down
X Don't rush.

If you want to start exercising earlier than the 37th week of pregnancy, you will paradoxically have a much harder time. Exercise is not a race - the birth canal is not yet adequately prepared and you are at risk of injury.

X Don't chase centimeters.

The more you inflate the Aniball, the more prepared you will be? Don't believe it - the size of the balloon does not matter and it is true that quality wins over quantity. A few calm, focused exercises with a smaller balloon circumference will do you more good during labor than daily inflation at the cost of stress, discomfort or pain.

x Don't pressure yourself.

Don't feel like exercising today? Don't have time or just don't have a day? That's okay - don't force yourself and skip the exercise with a calm heart. You don't have to exercise every day, it's not about performance.

X Don't ignore your body

You should never overdo it and exercise through pain. If you get an injury, even a minor one, take a break from exercising for at least 4 days. Do you suffer from yeast infection? Then forget about exercising until you cure it - there is a risk of pain and injury.

x Don't compare yourself to others.

Aniball teaches you to better perceive and respect your own body. You are unique, focus only on yourself and the possibilities of your body.

Our final tip

Make training with Aniball a pleasant ritual, where you dedicate time only to yourself and your body, gradually learn to perceive its needs and limits.

And don't forget to reward yourself, positive motivation is a prerequisite for success.
